Celina

In 1951, Munis Zilberberg took over the family's small upholstery workshop and renamed it Celina Decoracoes in honor of his mother, Celina Zilberberg.

With his takeover came a new philosophy and approach to business, with Celina Decoracoes striving to become a modern store that created its designs. The company embraced the idea of "interior architecture" and offered complete ambiance to the public using their furniture. To launch itself, Celina Decoracoes utilized mass communication vehicles.

Celina Decorações had stores across São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. In addition to producing pieces in series, they also made customizations in their furniture to meet the interior projects offered to their customers.
